One of my favorite ways to create cards is to combine different sets and create scenes . The fact that I had some of the images already fussy cut and colored is such a bonus in seeing the color scheme and playing around with different images to see what works well together.</div>

For my card today I started by gathering the images from Screen time stamp set ,<b> <i>Holiday Helpers stamp set , Keep on swimming stamp set and Christmas dreams stamp set</i></b><i> </i>and to color them I used Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.</div>

Once I was happy with the positioning was time to think about the background , so I decided to go with the <b><i>Snowy backdrop Lawn cuts</i></b>, which honestly I would love to have in my room as wall paper :) and because I wanted the background to contrast the images I picked some dark colors <b><i>Blueprint sketch, Chipped Sapphire , Mermaid lagoon distress inks</i></b> </div>

<br />
It's been a while since sharing here , but I wanted to show you some fun treat boxes that I made for my boys for the upcoming Valentine's day . I'm not that much into creating projects for Valentine's day , but this year i'm going to make a twist on it an all my projects for Valentine's day will be teal / aqua or blue :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilJSL9WEgaYTr0YuLc1n9tWkXty5nkJo6obmfBggdzwCq0PETHk8N1Iir0fNEkbTOajVw-dNWVC1bzyhHZkNcx8uZfh4-pRUClNRRj_Ws-wWl7a3B4GKeF4EvDEzZ5l3tjOlgJIiWsXl8/s1600/20200114_103229-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1490" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilJSL9WEgaYTr0YuLc1n9tWkXty5nkJo6obmfBggdzwCq0PETHk8N1Iir0fNEkbTOajVw-dNWVC1bzyhHZkNcx8uZfh4-pRUClNRRj_Ws-wWl7a3B4GKeF4EvDEzZ5l3tjOlgJIiWsXl8/s400/20200114_103229-01.jpeg" width="372" /></a></div>
<br />
I find that I could so easily use the cards/projects for different occasions not just for Valentine's day. Also the inspiration for today's project came from the new challenge from <a href="https://www.lawnfawnatics.com/challenges/lawn-fawnatics-challenge-68-something-old-something-new" target="_blank">Lawn Fawnatics - Something old , something new</a> which let's face it we all have some unused dies or stamps that are patiently waiting for us to use them :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgcJYMtdny72yw5Lf3nNMZ5AN4FyPU7EHZJRCPeIRZ-L9Bfif1gyFqGPuHg1teaR4QtyGXaVxLv8EFD1KGx-uDBbBz_py9Y_9ST1AxKL3Io9vmvMw-8NPnvCIlJRzOwfhLL3qE_dGO9wgs/s1600/20200114_103238-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgcJYMtdny72yw5Lf3nNMZ5AN4FyPU7EHZJRCPeIRZ-L9Bfif1gyFqGPuHg1teaR4QtyGXaVxLv8EFD1KGx-uDBbBz_py9Y_9ST1AxKL3Io9vmvMw-8NPnvCIlJRzOwfhLL3qE_dGO9wgs/s400/20200114_103238-01.jpeg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
So way back when I was a newbie in crafting and way before I knew that dies exist I was buying magazines where you would get templates for all kind of projects :) from there are the triangles that are the treat boxes here on my project. I really love that you can glue them together and just have it as decoration our you can leave a part open so you can add treats inside , and that's what I did.<br />
<br />
To dress up this cute boxes I've used the Lawn Fawn Forest border die to add a little place for my bunnies to sit so they don't just float there .<br />
The bunnies from the treat boxes are from the set Snow Day from Lawn Fawn and was one of my firsts sets that I've got from Lawn Fawn and I've colored them using Spectrum Noir Markers .<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiq4sMZuzdjLfguf2jYHk8w0zrcfXJcGuXQ4AF02zoJCRkR92TtHjoZd-Zgv1sYRZW5w0gLP9naXatR7J38SGPWrh5UCP5PxPE7Qgi21S_0OMZN1kefmGujPp44JsKYGab_uJTMF5sYmQY/s1600/20200114_103250-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1125" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiq4sMZuzdjLfguf2jYHk8w0zrcfXJcGuXQ4AF02zoJCRkR92TtHjoZd-Zgv1sYRZW5w0gLP9naXatR7J38SGPWrh5UCP5PxPE7Qgi21S_0OMZN1kefmGujPp44JsKYGab_uJTMF5sYmQY/s400/20200114_103250-01.jpeg" width="281" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
For my tags I'm using the new to me Snow Globe gift tag also from Lawn Fawn that I've got a while ago but didn't get the chance to use it. To decorate a bit the tags I used the Mice on Ice stamp set along with the Stitched Hillside Backdrop : Portrait die .</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg5CCTHBL4XXhj9zSdpAYZCGpNMAGZkpaRqRrmfrJ__DSGlss1h31oiOcrXya03Qi8SmTreB_RHrE7p4T3Nys_Dg1w3NeJJjvqNJQWhCWjDZ6Vg1gesGAsP4LkU5WKPIH9vHD05Z0cISEE/s1600/20200114_103318-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1321" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg5CCTHBL4XXhj9zSdpAYZCGpNMAGZkpaRqRrmfrJ__DSGlss1h31oiOcrXya03Qi8SmTreB_RHrE7p4T3Nys_Dg1w3NeJJjvqNJQWhCWjDZ6Vg1gesGAsP4LkU5WKPIH9vHD05Z0cISEE/s400/20200114_103318-01.jpeg" width="330" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Also wanted to add a bit more interest to the tags so I die cut a piece of transparency to add over the tag . For the hearts on my project I've used the dies from the Scalloped Box Card pop up also from Lawn Fawn .</div>

<br />
Finally I was able to finish my last card for the Superstar Contest from MFT and for this category i managed to create another scene and i hope you like it<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGDQKd9AAllYkiswJJM6Fi3erPUzUkAX39VFpJDeXj9DstcjXwYYEiZohfDv6H6ftYOyhJ64ptdMvtBlWKo5dO8WyVE5vBlwfnQzwCpXtelNYyWwOCvgrklMz3AvFaGaXmbevgK5czpEY/s1600/20190919_154411-02.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1391" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGDQKd9AAllYkiswJJM6Fi3erPUzUkAX39VFpJDeXj9DstcjXwYYEiZohfDv6H6ftYOyhJ64ptdMvtBlWKo5dO8WyVE5vBlwfnQzwCpXtelNYyWwOCvgrklMz3AvFaGaXmbevgK5czpEY/s640/20190919_154411-02.jpeg" width="556" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
For this card I started by cutting a piece of cardstock at 25cm long and 13cm wide then to have a guide on where to stamp my critters i marked the paper at 1cm , 5cm , 9cm , 13cm, 17cm and 21cm. After that the fun beginned . I started stamping and masking the critters in order to create my scene<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTqjsF4u8ELIfxEm8yxmhZSu0japFSluWCpifb_LYukOfXwQA-B3lmkRgla4HYq_xXB2DbUFrgfPZvXFrUg5EZJNiuxbaleLBZjskE1qPYkJs9tNCvq1l6AQWSPDQFDRJk9zZEXgBHiZA/s1600/20190919_154421-02.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1346" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTqjsF4u8ELIfxEm8yxmhZSu0japFSluWCpifb_LYukOfXwQA-B3lmkRgla4HYq_xXB2DbUFrgfPZvXFrUg5EZJNiuxbaleLBZjskE1qPYkJs9tNCvq1l6AQWSPDQFDRJk9zZEXgBHiZA/s640/20190919_154421-02.jpeg" width="537" /></a></div>
<br />
This step took a while but totally worth it as the scene was slowly starting to take shape.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhoRBj0AgkIGYx5CH4Qe_SpJIiJVvGI56ybE80SnhbOSltcg9z-KJim-QeeuxlG7Rxn53vtG9ohAXUKcyz96Y4moxJ6fNaPlhbgGFq8uYHxipMVIVpCI29umb-dxJtvcrskuCjrs5Cakls/s1600/20190919_154429-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1408" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhoRBj0AgkIGYx5CH4Qe_SpJIiJVvGI56ybE80SnhbOSltcg9z-KJim-QeeuxlG7Rxn53vtG9ohAXUKcyz96Y4moxJ6fNaPlhbgGFq8uYHxipMVIVpCI29umb-dxJtvcrskuCjrs5Cakls/s640/20190919_154429-01.jpeg" width="561" /></a></div>
<br />
Once everything was ready I had to cut some masks for the water and hills so i took a piece of paper and draw some shapes which then i cut using my scissors .<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIyigqF2znbGh_8nZEUIJ41jZKMXaER3H0sonyVll8FBhaN8-aknj_wRJ2fcjHYB3V95kGvmksKyRILXldEYdyWypUcu3FsThU608AfGifJo-q1VrqT4Z4mQWklu8ymzVfIhHxnqpm4Zk/s1600/20190919_154459-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1328" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIyigqF2znbGh_8nZEUIJ41jZKMXaER3H0sonyVll8FBhaN8-aknj_wRJ2fcjHYB3V95kGvmksKyRILXldEYdyWypUcu3FsThU608AfGifJo-q1VrqT4Z4mQWklu8ymzVfIhHxnqpm4Zk/s640/20190919_154459-01.jpeg" width="529" /></a></div>
<br />
Using inks I started ink blending the background and i'm really happy with how it turned out .Cause i wanted to add some more details i went ahead and added a few splatters of white paint .<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEO1-sNjlM1KNzTl7GcnTtd-NqDbzM8-tIm6bqjIa4ZcZsVZvv_FXmOtBQd3Ol3O8Bb-v0eLCFHKEa_CeZCz5UOAWtL7DB6GKZlxOVkwj5mAxuQgnTsce_0Fs4Z54ri3YF1-YqS2AOpcA/s1600/20190919_154507-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1368" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEO1-sNjlM1KNzTl7GcnTtd-NqDbzM8-tIm6bqjIa4ZcZsVZvv_FXmOtBQd3Ol3O8Bb-v0eLCFHKEa_CeZCz5UOAWtL7DB6GKZlxOVkwj5mAxuQgnTsce_0Fs4Z54ri3YF1-YqS2AOpcA/s640/20190919_154507-01.jpeg" width="546" /></a></div>
<br />
The most fun part was to take off all the masking tape and see how my scene turned out ! Here is a photo that i took before i started scoring the lines<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFBtuTVlBySB-VKICVktrjo0eq4ZNYW4HDelTUlObcakTevMWIKFZNl_siS6UICh0eqa6kp6hewjBPqG4AAar1XrdmreCI85YPybQfhFw-Ckm29QDkncphWhaI8KRhdygbFEEKi4uvyG4/s1600/20190919_143852-02.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="906" data-original-width="1600" height="361" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFBtuTVlBySB-VKICVktrjo0eq4ZNYW4HDelTUlObcakTevMWIKFZNl_siS6UICh0eqa6kp6hewjBPqG4AAar1XrdmreCI85YPybQfhFw-Ckm29QDkncphWhaI8KRhdygbFEEKi4uvyG4/s640/20190919_143852-02.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I almost ended up in making this card an over sized one , but then I decided to give the interactive card a try :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFlcUsLmJv6d6xSpx4tquxx8Os3weLIzdO60Piw5yVrBqF0aKzbvV2NRNkaQYi_9XzkBx0g_nv5uuInla4Jg_uZb7kgdJXbSpYPeywBZVjec9e6DgITxhyQnr4QIdlWheG3y_or5g1XFY/s1600/20190919_154520-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1161" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFlcUsLmJv6d6xSpx4tquxx8Os3weLIzdO60Piw5yVrBqF0aKzbvV2NRNkaQYi_9XzkBx0g_nv5uuInla4Jg_uZb7kgdJXbSpYPeywBZVjec9e6DgITxhyQnr4QIdlWheG3y_or5g1XFY/s640/20190919_154520-01.jpeg" width="464" /></a></div>
<br />
And i'm glad I did cause this card is so much fun to play with and I think my boys will love it too.<br />
So the interactive element is that when you press in the mid section of the card the cute piggy comes out from the inside of the card .<br />
<br />
I will also add a little video so you can see how it work in real time :) With this card wraps the Superstar contest series. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen='allowfullscreen' webkitallowfullscreen='webkitallowfullscreen' mozallowfullscreen='mozallowfullscreen' width='320' height='266' src='https://www.blogger.com/video.g?token=AD6v5dy_lk6JDaU9GpMW8yg4phyKEewEPBK7JZOV5-kuaUOlfP4tb3zKvTii-_5uyaGnXuLZNJ-J_qm1iYFkz4YMig' class='b-hbp-video b-uploaded' frameborder='0'></iframe></div>
<br />
Thank you so much for stopping by today ! Have a great day<br />

<br />
<br />
As you can tell by the title and playing along again with MFT Superstar contest and here is my card for Coloring Virtuoso<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhz8fKYWduMHTH8zqRJZslJJtxAwsTfWb_DJ_nGxhtRZ3JtEWRnq3QvsdGwWnzxsZuXbHmuKMyBxyWFLCgxjInp6zqqt8LAPP1VAfMrPJO0ccDEleYgNm3gLbOwl9VUMqkiEAZ5dufvf0s/s1600/LRM_EXPORT_153532085981607_20190919_092019683.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1081" data-original-width="1600" height="432" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhz8fKYWduMHTH8zqRJZslJJtxAwsTfWb_DJ_nGxhtRZ3JtEWRnq3QvsdGwWnzxsZuXbHmuKMyBxyWFLCgxjInp6zqqt8LAPP1VAfMrPJO0ccDEleYgNm3gLbOwl9VUMqkiEAZ5dufvf0s/s640/LRM_EXPORT_153532085981607_20190919_092019683.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Now I have to say I was pretty hesitant to play along in this category as I don't think that my coloring skills are so out of this world , but you know what I sat at my desk and started coloring and really enjoyed doing it . And the final result made me happy so I guess is a win win situation :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjn5e_xc7Qq52GAW4tEbnzU4mHTeqm9VS82AknxC-P_l4fiPW2HIgkSQS1PKe1xNvAql0eFoZqAEZL0rptrmP0Gd1-WejsxkdZvPNHqAwSuL09BqGbqBNnNjZWzRdmDOD3VJG9We8lynuQ/s1600/LRM_EXPORT_153553314096746_20190919_092040911.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1147" data-original-width="1600" height="286" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjn5e_xc7Qq52GAW4tEbnzU4mHTeqm9VS82AknxC-P_l4fiPW2HIgkSQS1PKe1xNvAql0eFoZqAEZL0rptrmP0Gd1-WejsxkdZvPNHqAwSuL09BqGbqBNnNjZWzRdmDOD3VJG9We8lynuQ/s400/LRM_EXPORT_153553314096746_20190919_092040911.jpeg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Also getting out of my comfort zone with this card as I normally make A2 cards but this time I decided to create a whole scene and also making a one layer card .<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhQkEl0MoC8K_1W4KAFnWw1tCi1LtwRD3bvjRt9v73df0ErXXjhj4a25bYMltA_MpqOiui4f7hSQIf_Giu2-pGY2U5QfC_zUbD2L1xfnbOgTaNaPEJD5BOR4SVsgQeyEtTmXJ_-rnggusQ/s1600/LRM_EXPORT_153523085976114_20190919_092010683.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1082" data-original-width="1600" height="216" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhQkEl0MoC8K_1W4KAFnWw1tCi1LtwRD3bvjRt9v73df0ErXXjhj4a25bYMltA_MpqOiui4f7hSQIf_Giu2-pGY2U5QfC_zUbD2L1xfnbOgTaNaPEJD5BOR4SVsgQeyEtTmXJ_-rnggusQ/s320/LRM_EXPORT_153523085976114_20190919_092010683.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
So I picked the cute critters from Jungle Gym stamp set from MFT and started stamping them using MFT Black licorice hybrid ink and then started creating mask for every image , as I was planning to ink blend the background. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzQQD7ze8-vSzvL8M5kpXcEO8Nkunl4PmyTaHHOcq6kZNtFx4YW65OxqMusfsJ4GD5hFlE5nionf_dGhjZvSDFIZTTh_kVsTf32kgWa94zMQC62MK0plzD35rAVBPTgJTzmgpTOfk7fNc/s1600/LRM_EXPORT_153507942182048_20190919_091955539.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1094" data-original-width="1600" height="272" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzQQD7ze8-vSzvL8M5kpXcEO8Nkunl4PmyTaHHOcq6kZNtFx4YW65OxqMusfsJ4GD5hFlE5nionf_dGhjZvSDFIZTTh_kVsTf32kgWa94zMQC62MK0plzD35rAVBPTgJTzmgpTOfk7fNc/s400/LRM_EXPORT_153507942182048_20190919_091955539.jpeg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
I wanted to create a soft background, to have the images the star of the show and I also added some white paint splatters and a few clouds that I made with a q tip and a white ink .<br />
<br />
Last but not least I also added some details to the critters using a white and black gel pen . As I felt like the scene was complete like it was and didn't wanted to add the sentiment on the front panel I added it to the inside of the card<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjT0MXuB02pqH-X4g7MfZql5J2E0unpuncjp9l-Xxr8efAemmuzAMO2Z6IdYuR6TP2h_kUvzhBmi4P_oGDtCtlzpXlc17hTxk2ENJY_LVaO2PZadixgQW_wFaMBGcBCFdV8B2JYfZOqd8s/s1600/20190919_093604-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1234" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjT0MXuB02pqH-X4g7MfZql5J2E0unpuncjp9l-Xxr8efAemmuzAMO2Z6IdYuR6TP2h_kUvzhBmi4P_oGDtCtlzpXlc17hTxk2ENJY_LVaO2PZadixgQW_wFaMBGcBCFdV8B2JYfZOqd8s/s320/20190919_093604-01.jpeg" width="245" /></a></div>
And that's it! Hope you like my card! Thank you so much for stopping by , I hope you have a great day!<br />

<br />
It's been a while since I had time to create or even to do a blog post . Now that the boys started school and kindergarten felt so good to be back and to be creative again .<br />
<br />
For today I've created a clean and simple card to match the theme from <a href="https://mftstamps.com/blogs/resources/2019-card-design-superstar-clean-simple-genius" target="_blank">MFT - Card Design Superstar Clean and Simple genius </a><br />
I was so happy to see that this year the contest is going on again as I was looking forward some inspiration and motivation to be back on creating :)<br />
<br />
So here is the card that I made and if you have been following me for a while you may noticed that Clean & Simple is not really my strong point :) But I love how this card turned out , and I hope you do too<br />

<br />
To create this card I used some photo paper and my Spectrum Noir markers to create the background and let me tell you that creating alcohol ink backgrounds is so addictive that I could make them for all my cards . Plus I think that gives the card a fantastic look and you really don't need to do much else to have an awesome card.<br />
<br />

I am stopping quick today to share the card that I've create inspired by the current Lawn Fawnatics challenge Spectacular skies<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1y77mdf0VOuxhmLquie8cJEFhyphenhyphenamsn2d_4wXDqdJvE2x26c4VQ4DJbL4EnZk5_o7NnlpQgUrLfvFlykuzRWuF0OCN4o23lpRyp8vyRyT-QPwbAK9Xao45y5nnS9mmu4qnITXVKtpphrI/s1600/20190521_150307-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1263" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh1y77mdf0VOuxhmLquie8cJEFhyphenhyphenamsn2d_4wXDqdJvE2x26c4VQ4DJbL4EnZk5_o7NnlpQgUrLfvFlykuzRWuF0OCN4o23lpRyp8vyRyT-QPwbAK9Xao45y5nnS9mmu4qnITXVKtpphrI/s400/20190521_150307-01.jpeg" width="315" /></a></div>
I started inking the panel first the sky and the using a cloud stencil that I made myself by die cutting the Puffy clouds border from Lawn Fawn and Yeti ink<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJ8t8I1tp3jL182FtrbLnNN8HyU1dK_ATJ1RHbuPJSUpe-Wb1ML0YxSeTCEch6QxBEix3bIg9XZoNNY_MT9FL_QYwirTTB7Gpwtb6-UFWnu0tr_TZ_YCPGWFzV6E2IaTfv5wwLQmIjyPE/s1600/20190521_150314-01-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1463" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJ8t8I1tp3jL182FtrbLnNN8HyU1dK_ATJ1RHbuPJSUpe-Wb1ML0YxSeTCEch6QxBEix3bIg9XZoNNY_MT9FL_QYwirTTB7Gpwtb6-UFWnu0tr_TZ_YCPGWFzV6E2IaTfv5wwLQmIjyPE/s400/20190521_150314-01-01.jpeg" width="365" /></a></div>
Then I coloured various images from Mermaid for you stamp set and You are sublime set using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and add them to the panel.<br />
<br />
To add a bit of interest I also added a piece of vellum on the bottom part of the card and some of the images are behind and some are in front of the vellum<br />
<br />

<br />
I got the pleasure to bee invited to take part of the ''To bee or not to bee '' blog hope which is hosted by Milka Gubo , to celebrate 2nd World Bee Day, to support bees and to raise public awareness of the importance of bees and apicultural products. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiK8mL07_XYMrcqqkNbJq_ht9QccedoYM03TI4RSTntNqZ6W4plgAVGtX4gVU0XEYRbOd-RfvqrR_nmThHVsUQDBV0jcyAMqj_4CD6WVbuMLHkZiZuyNooXCM8ZxFW4SL7-lxj6sVGAmf0/s1600/30443077_808986252629901_3993565518379683661_n%255B1%255D.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="170" data-original-width="170" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiK8mL07_XYMrcqqkNbJq_ht9QccedoYM03TI4RSTntNqZ6W4plgAVGtX4gVU0XEYRbOd-RfvqrR_nmThHVsUQDBV0jcyAMqj_4CD6WVbuMLHkZiZuyNooXCM8ZxFW4SL7-lxj6sVGAmf0/s1600/30443077_808986252629901_3993565518379683661_n%255B1%255D.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
Here is my creation for this blog<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjT9Eid_So63Iyfj9msUEGbdLBTezruhwxiuHkTcbyHNuFnOi-wMilmPkiJThgu4CHtYtmMuGN97Z6wXGyUsNHtDka3XyAqUS86tw63S_ALcZIqMm6OftGNnvoe4eRZMSo6mSTKHZ6PeHo/s1600/20190506_131541-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjT9Eid_So63Iyfj9msUEGbdLBTezruhwxiuHkTcbyHNuFnOi-wMilmPkiJThgu4CHtYtmMuGN97Z6wXGyUsNHtDka3XyAqUS86tw63S_ALcZIqMm6OftGNnvoe4eRZMSo6mSTKHZ6PeHo/s400/20190506_131541-01.jpeg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
I took this treat bag die from Craftin Desert Divas and die cut it from light yellow cardstock and the using a honey comb embossing folder I added some details to the bag.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQNbUSOTjqRTgFKApUUKXSP56UcmdPgFmgkR72SlERQRNb4ySuGF9_l3CnDHjUMrMIzm0yRPCjIEVB1RVgNG4w0uagF_-IrF1bHuQEpJJkviUTWgNM1B_HL8lwpXyQv1VVrgPwxvY1rQ8/s1600/20190506_131544-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQNbUSOTjqRTgFKApUUKXSP56UcmdPgFmgkR72SlERQRNb4ySuGF9_l3CnDHjUMrMIzm0yRPCjIEVB1RVgNG4w0uagF_-IrF1bHuQEpJJkviUTWgNM1B_HL8lwpXyQv1VVrgPwxvY1rQ8/s400/20190506_131544-01.jpeg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
Next step was to assemble the bag and started coloring the images from Sweet as honey stamp set also from Craftin Desert Divas using my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkB4ud70p9RnYtwIcyxgLTepPKj0B8GJ8Ms6_46YcR_n_cUDSJZYVKRlfSwwEQASbfV6H4DLNl1kJv3UCE42mgf2moqdaCVpbOkR4-LOoIf76tjyCSBtihWruSDgQzwFCO8TocJgp1M8w/s1600/20190506_131557-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkB4ud70p9RnYtwIcyxgLTepPKj0B8GJ8Ms6_46YcR_n_cUDSJZYVKRlfSwwEQASbfV6H4DLNl1kJv3UCE42mgf2moqdaCVpbOkR4-LOoIf76tjyCSBtihWruSDgQzwFCO8TocJgp1M8w/s400/20190506_131557-01.jpeg" width="400" /></a></div>

<br />
I've been working this past weekend at this interactive card that I made and I was going to post it today , and then I saw that there is a new challenge on Lawn Fawnatics which match perfect with what I had in mind when I created the card<br />

Milka was so sweet to organised this blog and she gathered 26 designers all over the world that will share their creations starting from 5th January till 30th January .</span><br />
<span style="background-color: transparent; color: #1d2129; display: inline; float: none; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;"><br /></span>
<span style="color: #009000; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"></span><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbKwyzKIMtTccGI7n-TZthVdiufDf5Y-4WPBLgOxm-YNOh7E-XZU-c0fxFGVCacFG8Mswv4i38cpBE-mj3rohb1zOO0b_HhwRnzc-kG-oeOazq60ocHl5_2nOSA-bMa87QsKyFS4NjwS0/s1600/20190103_095306-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1470" data-original-width="1600" height="367" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbKwyzKIMtTccGI7n-TZthVdiufDf5Y-4WPBLgOxm-YNOh7E-XZU-c0fxFGVCacFG8Mswv4i38cpBE-mj3rohb1zOO0b_HhwRnzc-kG-oeOazq60ocHl5_2nOSA-bMa87QsKyFS4NjwS0/s400/20190103_095306-01.jpeg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Here is the card that I've created inspired by the fact that the Thyroid looks like a butterfly , I took the Butterflies stamp set from Avery Elle and colored using Spectrum Noir markers.<br />
<br />
Next I glue the larger butterfly on my panel which was die cut using Create a smile Scalloped rectangles dies and after that I took the Twice the Hugs die cut from My Favorite things and die cut into the panel. Also die cut the same die several times from white cardstock and stack them together to create dimension.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWY12kw5fDc2UEGDZtB5DpJi-kUbvgF_8ONLR0eEKr2CLL5ixzTaGxl-xx876u2K-0ZFFCOTnrnhCZuS7RWIQhyphenhyphenBXolizDTiHuffUonNgFXJLxDJSnjdDhXtwQta8BEsMC1Oxhfn5SSKw/s1600/20190103_095250-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1560" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWY12kw5fDc2UEGDZtB5DpJi-kUbvgF_8ONLR0eEKr2CLL5ixzTaGxl-xx876u2K-0ZFFCOTnrnhCZuS7RWIQhyphenhyphenBXolizDTiHuffUonNgFXJLxDJSnjdDhXtwQta8BEsMC1Oxhfn5SSKw/s400/20190103_095250-01.jpeg" width="388" /></a></div>
<br />
I've then glued the pieces back together on the panel and added the second butterfly! To finish the card I added some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling clear sequins and also added some shimmer to the butterflies using Aqua Shimmer pen from Tonic<br />
<br />
Thank you so much for stopping by ! Make sure to check the coming days the other designers too to get more inspiration!Alexandrahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12534017579748627021noreply@blogger.com46tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8710895251095542990.post-2718581484464410862018-12-30T15:26:00.000+01:002018-12-30T15:26:20.015+01:00You're cool card using Lawn Fawn stampsHi everyone!<br />
<br />
Playing along with Lawn Fawnatics challenge and sharing this card that I've made using some of the stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjDiYB5HBNokoIwSjkmkI0gStHjtGQUBnHV5thy7eftnNY3KRzUskup-bx15olU3-cauePsK7nQp-1W47Rdc539J0xAtHjI6gutx1DNToJoTR8M_y8ZX9Lu4YYxxZMvxT6a-TrZfd4yAAU/s1600/20181230_150020-01.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1583" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjDiYB5HBNokoIwSjkmkI0gStHjtGQUBnHV5thy7eftnNY3KRzUskup-bx15olU3-cauePsK7nQp-1W47Rdc539J0xAtHjI6gutx1DNToJoTR8M_y8ZX9Lu4YYxxZMvxT6a-TrZfd4yAAU/s400/20181230_150020-01.jpeg" width="395" /></a></div>
For my card I was inspired by the beautiful photo that was an inspiration for the challenge and I started by die cutting the panel using Snowy Backdrop and the inking it using Distress inks.<br />
<br />
Next I die cut two hills using Forest border die and from one of them I cut out the trees so it looks like a hill.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpgkqWoG5LOJrSwpsX4YR_kiVl2XV0pCSIgu91ohvOES3GrTF2BqjTOGNAwcL8tQNlowkPtDWmBgz7bxwNukHgCdN5mlfwql7HSGunZGgCjrpvfn6N0YhGPktxlvtic4H6xqdN8EixLl4/s1600/20181230_150025-02.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1583" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpgkqWoG5LOJrSwpsX4YR_kiVl2XV0pCSIgu91ohvOES3GrTF2BqjTOGNAwcL8tQNlowkPtDWmBgz7bxwNukHgCdN5mlfwql7HSGunZGgCjrpvfn6N0YhGPktxlvtic4H6xqdN8EixLl4/s400/20181230_150025-02.jpeg" width="395" /></a></div>
<br />
Last I stamped and colored the images from Wild for you stamp set using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and then fussy cut them !<br />
<br />
The sentiment is from Snow cool stamp set and for a bit of variation I stamped the ''you're'' part using a black ink and ''cool'' is stamped on vellum using Versa Mark ink and white embossing powder.<br />

For my card I started by stamping the images from Frosty fairy friends stamp set, and colored them using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: transparent; color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">
Once all the images were colored and cut I started working on the background and took this snowflake die from Memory box called Snowy scene and I really love that this die cuts and emboss snowflakes si you can have more usage of it!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: transparent; color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">

To create the background I wanted something different from my usual blue background but still wanted to have a bit of blue as I used some for my images .</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: transparent; color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">
So I took my all time favorite Distress ink which is Peacock feathers and Seedless Preserved distress ink and initially I thought that it will be a hot mess :)) but I really loved how unique the background turned out!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: transparent; color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">

To add a little something something to my background I took some Nuvo Aqua Shimmer pen and added a few splatters and also added it to the wings of the fairies, but sadly was hard to capture that on the photo. Also wanted to add more details and because sometimes I have a hard time to color the snow I took a snow pen and resolved that problem and looks cool too :))</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: transparent; color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: transparent; color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">
To ground the scene I took the Forest border die and cut out the trees , so I end up having a snow border and the sentiment is also from Lawn Fawn and is called Merry Christmas Border</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: transparent; color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">

Last night I saw the sketch and felt inspired to pick my watercolors and try to create a night time sky. So I took the Winsor & Newton watercolors and started by adding water to the panel which is cut from Canson Mix Media paper and while the panel was wet I started adding colors .<br />

<br />
When the panel was dried I added some spatters of white acryl paint and added some trees .<br />
<br />
The cute bunny is from Snuggle bunnies stamp set and I stamp it using MFT Black Licorice hybrid ink and color it using my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.<br />
<br />
The sentiment is from Harvest Buddies stamp set and I stamp it onto a piece of vellum using Versa mark ink and white embossing powder!<br />
<br />
Thank you for stopping by today! Have a great day!<br />
