Create a smile challenge - Emboss resist

Image
Hello everyone! Today I am sharing this card that I have created using the Easter eggs stamp set from Create a smile I started by inking the eggs using VersaMark ink and white embossing powder, and heat set everything . Next I picked some Distress inks in rainbow order and started inking the background . When the ink blending was done I splatter some drops of water , let it sit for a couple of seconds and blow dry it with a paper towel. I then die cut the  Cool cuts you twice  a couple of times to have a bit of dimension , the die cut a banner strip using the smallest die from  Cool cuts Double stitched rectangles  from black cardstock and stamped the sentiment from  All about you stamp set Finish the card by adding some Pretty Pink Posh sequins from  Sparkling clear mix . Hope you will check the challenge post from Create a smile and play along with the challenge for a chance to win 25€ gift certificate to Create a smile store. Thank you for stopping by! ha

Spring birthday card using Pretty Pink Posh stamps

Image
Hello everyone! Today I am sharing a card that I made using Pretty Pink Posh stamps and I am combining different dies from different companies to create a spring birthday card. For the main panel I used Scallop Frames from Studio Katia and inked it using Peacock feathers distress ink. For the hill border I used the Forest border die from Lawn Fawn and just trimmed the trees and ink it using Mowed Lawn distress ink. Also I die cut a fence using Mama Elephant Picked Fence and also die cut some clouds from Craftin Desert Divas . The images are coloured using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and also added some details using black gel pen for eyes of the critters and white gel pen for the highlights and dots on the cheeks . Also I added some Aqua Shimmer pen from Tonic to the balloons and as finishes touches I added some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling clear sequins mix. Also you can check the video if you want to see step by step how I created the card. Thank yo
